New Insolvency Office (IO) E-Services: We will be launching our new Debt Repayment Scheme E-Services on 21 June 2022. The new E-Services will have new features and members of the public will have access to guides to navigate the E-Services with ease. The new features include: 1) Online portal for Debtors and Creditors to access DRS E-Services, 2) Singpass login for easy access and secure user authentication, 3) A cleaner, guided and more user-friendly user interface, 4) Dashboard for consolidated views of submissions and statuses, 5) Step-by-step indicator to show your progress in filling up the form, and 6) Draft application form to save your entry and continue later. Things to Note: Because of the transition needed for the launch, the Debt Repayment Scheme E-Services will not be available from 16 June 2022 (Thursday), 6.00 pm to 21 June 2022 (Tuesday), 9.00 am. You need a valid Singpass or Corppass account to access the new E-Services. For foreigners, you are required to register for a Singpass. If you have saved any draft applications, you are required to complete and submit them by 16 June 2022 (Thursday), 6.00 pm. The saved drafts will not be brought over to the new E-Services. Stay tuned for our new E-Services on 21 June 2022.
The following e-Services will be undergoing maintenance and will be unavailable on every Friday from 7.00pm to Saturday 3.00am:

- MinLaw Online Enquiries
The above e-Services portals will be undergoing maintenance daily from 7.00am to 7.30am and 12.45pm to 1.30pm. The above e-Services portals will also be undergoing maintenance from 19 Jul 2022 7.00pm to 7.30pm. During these periods, you may experience intermittent disruptions while using our eServices. Members of public are advised to avoid using our eServices during the system maintenance periods where possible. Alternatively members of public may reach out to us by leaving us a voicemail through our hotline at 1800 2255 529 and we will respond by the next working day. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
