PUBLIC TRUSTEE
NOTICE

1. The Public Trustee is administering the un-nominated CPF monies of the late Mr. Loh Kiah Lee (NRIC No. SXXXX572F), who passed away on 21 July 2013. Pursuant to section 29 of the Trustee Act (Cap. 337), notice is hereby given that the Public Trustee intends to distribute the CPF monies to the beneficiaries of the late Mr. Loh Kiah Lee.

2. For this purpose, we would like to invite anyone with information pertaining to the whereabouts of Mr. Loh’s father and children to write in to THE PUBLIC TRUSTEE, THE URA CENTRE, EAST WING, 45 MAXWELL ROAD, #06-11, SINGAPORE 069118, FAX: 62242858, E-mail address: ipto_enquiry@ipto.gov.sg within two (2) months of the date of this notice.
