Question
To ask the Minister for Law whether the Government has updated its position on the necessity for the implementation of a Good Samaritan law in Singapore.
Written Answer:
- The Government has previously given its reasons for deciding that we did not need a Good Samaritan Law.1
- The Government’s position remains the same, at this time. This position will be reviewed as necessary.
